About Educis

EDUCIS is a fast-growing education advisory and student success organisation that helps learners navigate global admissions, strengthen academic pathways, and access top-tier opportunities. We work closely with families, schools, and institutional partners across India, the Middle East, Europe, and emerging markets, delivering high-impact guidance and capability-building support. As we continue to scale internationally, we are seeking a Growth, Sales & Communications Lead to build and optimise our revenue engine, elevate our brand across key geographies, and drive strategic B2B partnerships with schools and educational organisations worldwide. This role is central to shaping EDUCIS’ next phase of expansion and long-term market positioning.

Role Overview

This is a cross-functional role for someone who understands how marketing, sales, and communications support each other to create sustainable growth. You will design and execute EDUCIS’ multi-channel marketing, set up a structured business development pipeline, improve revenue operations, and lead external communication that builds trust with clients, parents, and partners. The ideal candidate brings experience across growth strategy, B2B outreach, CRM systems, performance tracking, and brand communication — and is comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Revenue Strategy
  • Develop and execute a measurable growth strategy for B2C and B2B verticals.
  • Create monthly and quarterly revenue plans with clear KPIs.
  • Identify new markets, audiences, and product opportunities.
  • Build go-to-market strategies for new services or regions.
Business Development & Partnerships
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline focused on schools, learning centres, and corporate education partners.
  • Conduct outreach, lead qualification, pitch calls, and proposal creation.
  • Develop partnership models for schools (counsellor training, student advisory, workshops, co-branded initiatives).
  • Maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients and oversee partner performance.
Marketing & Communication
  • Manage EDUCIS’ presence across all channels: website, LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and thought-leadership content.
  • Build the content strategy for student success stories, admissions insights, and education-market updates.
  • Oversee performance marketing experiments and organic lead-gen initiatives.
  • MCraft clear communication for parents, schools, and counsellors.
Revenue Operations (RevOps)
  • Create scalable processes for lead management, follow-ups, qualification and tracking.
  • Implement and optimise CRM workflows (HubSpot or similar).
  • Set up dashboards, forecasting models, attribution systems, and reporting cycles.
  • Build SOPs across sales and marketing to ensure repeatable growth.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with founders, content teams, counsellors, and analysts to align strategy and execution.
  • Manage external vendors, freelancers, or performance marketers when needed.
  • Provide market and competitive insights to inform EDUCIS’ product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • 5–7 years of experience in Growth, Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
  • Demonstrated success in building B2B or B2C pipelines.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Ability to analyse performance data and convert insights into action.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and institutional partners.
  • Experience in the education sector is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability  to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a small, fast-paced team.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who enjoys building systems where none exist.
  • Business-minded, empathetic, and great with people.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a bias toward clarity and execution.
  • Curious about global education trends and student behaviour.
  • Comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on work.
  • Growth-focused, collaborative, and proactive.
